We’re currently seeing intermittent issues with patrons placing holds via the catalog. If you receive an error message when attempting to place a hold, contact us by chat , email, stopping by any branch, or calling 206-386-4636 and we’ll be happy to place the hold for you. Thank you for your patience while we work to resolve this issue.
