    The purpose of Coordinated Entry (CE) is to ensure that people experiencing homelessness have equitable access to housing resource connections to resolve their housing crisis. Regional Access Points (RAPs) are an entry point to CE.

    SHARE / WHEEL

    SHARE is Seattle Housing and Resource Effort (co-ed). WHEEL is the Women's Housing, Equality and Enhancement League (women-only). SHARE/WHEEL are partnered organizations of homeless and formerly homeless men and women. All of their efforts are self-managed; run by the homeless members themselves. They operate 11 indoor shelters and two Tent Cities.
