    Seattle Mobile Shower locations

    Seattle Public Utilities, along with nonprofit partner Uplift Northwest, is providing hygiene resources to unsheltered individuals throughout the community. These resources include our hygiene (shower) trailer program. Each shower trailer contains three standard shower stalls (each with a toilet and sink) and one ADA shower (with toilet and sink). Towels, soap, and shampoo are provided.

    Immanuel Community Services Hygiene Center

    The ICS Hygiene Center provides adults experiencing homelessness a place to wash clothes, take a shower and spend a few hours in a warm, safe and dry place. Each weekday morning our industrial washer, dryer, and hot water heater are put to use, washing clothes and offering showers for 40-60 people. Our Hygiene guests receive toiletries such as razors, shampoo, deodorant, toothbrushes and soap. They also can find case management and supportive services such as assistance with job applications, signing up for food stamps, housing applications, shelter referrals, getting connected with other resources, etc.

    Mary's Place Day Center - Hygiene services and clothing

    Mary's Place Day Center provides women experiencing homelessness a safe place to rest, build community, and find the resources they need to reclaim their lives: two hot meals a day, showers, laundry, clothing, medical care, and connections to housing, employment, and financial benefits, discussion groups, classes, and on-site services. Women/female-identified individuals only.

    Urban Rest Stop Hygiene services

    The Urban Rest Stop is a clean, safe and welcoming hygiene facility where unsheltered individuals and families can access running water and utilize restroom, shower and laundry services. All services are provided at no cost to patrons. We supply toiletries including toothbrushes, toothpaste, disposable razors, shaving cream, shampoo, soap etc. Each individual is welcome to one load of laundry every other day and one shower a day.

    When you come in to shop, we are able to provide: 6 men’s clothing items OR 15 women’s clothing items, Up to 8 hygiene items (such as soap, toothbrushes, etc), 4 bus tickets for King County Metro, and 1 food bag containing about one-day’s worth of food for either an individual or a small family (if you have access to a kitchen) OR a few individually-packaged food items (if you do not have access to a kitchen).
