Working with partners, we provided free virtual classes and services to help people gain skills, job resources and social connections to help them thrive.
Impact on Adult Learning
We provided opportunities for cultural enrichment and civic dialogue in a time of ongoing social isolation through community-oriented virtual author programs, arts-centered public health events, and investment in digital and physical collections.
Impact on Cultural and Civic Engagement
Our Library to Business program supports entrepreneurship in our community, particularly in underserved areas, with virtual one-on-one support, workshops and legal consults.
Impact on Local Businesses
We offered virtual tutoring and educational programs, and worked with community partners to distribute books, support teen wellness, and celebrate intergenerational storytelling.
