Sloane Miller

Sloane Miller is a Seattle-born visual artist and illustrator. Having just received her BFA in the visuals arts, Sloane is creatively exploring herself as a Black artist and pushing the boundaries as to what a creative can be. Her colorful work explores expression of self, truth and the ebbs and flows that we experience in life all while keeping a fresh perspective that opens up connections and conversations within the BIPOC community. When she is not illustrating, Sloane uses painting, collage, makeup, fashion, singing and dancing as a form of embracing and expanding her artistic spirit and abilities.

Victoria Urrutia

Victoria Urrutia

Victoria Urrutia is a first-generation Mexican American Artist and Illustrator with a BFA in Graphic Design from Central Washington University. She is a tattoo apprentice at Good Times N Tattoos and is a founding member of Mezcla Collective, a Latino collective of artists creating showcasing opportunities for underrepresented creatives in central Washington.

The style of her work varies from academic painting to fun designs and is achieved with strong knowledge of composition, balance and color theory. She has an invested study of anatomy, character design and various illustration styles. Her ever-seeking curiosity has also exposed her to many mediums - including print and digital painting but also traditional mediums such as oils, acrylics, gouaches, inks, alcohol markers and charcoals. Her focus has been on graphic design work for the past few years. Recently, she has ventured into the world of tattooing and creation of tattoo designs, with the goal of bringing new styles to the area.
