Music Practice Rooms
We have two music practice rooms equipped with digital pianos at the Central Library.
Practice Music at the Central Library
Our two music practice rooms are located on level 8 at the Central Library. You may reserve a music practice room for one hour up to one week in advance. You can request a reservation by phone at 206-386-4636. We accept one reservation at a time, on a first come, first served basis. Musicians can use the rooms to practice or try out new music from our collections.
Our small practice room can accommodate up to two people, and the larger room accommodates up to four.
Each room is equipped with a digital piano that you can connect to a laptop with MIDI capabilities (we do not provide the computer). If you have headphones, you can use them with the digital piano.
