Wellness workshops explore mindfulness through meditation, activities such as tai chi and walking, and self-reflection. Programs include guided meditation, silent periods, and exercises aimed at improving emotional regulation, reducing stress, and promoting overall well-being. Adults of all ages and fitness abilities are welcome. Workshops may be presented in either English or Mandarin.
