The Seattle Public Library Presents Thrilling Tales in February

Need a break from the mundane? The Seattle Public Library offers "Thrilling Tales: A Story Time for Grown Ups" where you can laugh, gasp and shudder to live readings during your lunch.

- 12:05 p.m. to 12:50 p.m. Monday, Feb. 10 – "On the Fringes of the Fractal" by Greg Van Eekhout. A pair of teenage misfits and their dog take a wild road trip past the numbing confines of their oh-so-perfect dystopian future.
- 12:05 p.m. to 12:50 p.m. Monday, Feb. 24 – "Ten Minutes from Now" by Jack Ritchie. He strode into City Hall and demanded to see the Mayor, holding a parcel wrapped in paper, and ticking!
