If you have a Library card at The Seattle Public Library, you can start right now. For assistance, Ask a Librarian.
If you don't have a Seattle Library card and you are a resident of Washington State, you can visit us in person for instructions or check out other participating libraries for access information.
You need a Microsoft account to use Microsoft Imagine Academy.
- Create a Microsoft account if you do not already have one (you can use an existing email).
- Go to your email to verify your account.
Note: If you are using a Library computer, you will need to have headphones.
Choose your learning plan and log in using your Microsoft account:
- Basic Computer Skills
Learn computer basics, social networking and how to find information on the Web. Access to additional courses about digital literacy.
- MS Office 2010 Suite
Courses about the Office 2010 version of Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Word.
- MS Office 2013 Essentials
Courses about applications in the Office 2013 Suite.
- Other Microsoft Courses
Courses for Microsoft programs such as Dynamics, Exchange Server, Office 365, SharePoint, SQL Server, Visual Studio Windows Client and Server, and much more. Enter a keyword in the search box or click on Browse to select from the available programs.
