The Seattle Public Library will host a half-day seminar about contracts, bidding and the Small Business Administration's (SBA) surety bond program from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Thursday, May 18 at the Central Library, 1000 Fourth Ave., Level 1, Microsoft Auditorium, 206-386-4636 .

Library events are free and everyone is welcome. Registration is recommended, but not required. Parking is available in the Central Library garage at the regular rates.
