Join us for an intergenerational poetry series that features emerging and seasoned poets from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, April 30 at The Seattle Public Library, Central Library, 1000 Fourth Ave., Level 1, Microsoft Auditorium, 206-386-4636.

Library events are free and everyone is welcome. Registration is not required. Parking is available in the Central Library garage for $6 after 5 p.m.

Speak to Me! is a monthly workshop and reading series curated by Anastacia-Renée, Seattle's Civic Poet. Speak to Me! Volume IV will feature readings by local poets Carolyne Wright, Lee Smith, Jekeva Phillips, Kamari Bright and Tara Hardy.
