'Southwest Stories': Monthly History Series at The Seattle Public Library in July & August

Join The Seattle Public Library for a monthly lecture series featuring presentations on the history of West Seattle, the Duwamish Peninsula and the birthplace of Seattle.
Library programs are free and everyone is welcome. Registration is not required. Free parking is available.

6:30 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. Wednesday, July 19 at the West Seattle Branch, 2306 42nd Ave. S.W., 206-684-7444 . Join Clay Eals and Brad Chrisman as they discuss "West Side Story: The 30th Anniversary of Home-Grown History."
2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 20 at the West Seattle Branch, 2306 42nd Ave. S.W., 206-684-7444 . Join Alki Bike & Board's Stu Hennessey to hear about "Alki Bicycle History."
