The Seattle Public Library will host an orientation where restaurant and mobile food business owners can connect with food business resources from 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 21 at the Douglass-Truth Branch, 2300 E. Yesler Way, 206-684-4704 .

Representatives from the city of Seattle's Office of Economic Development and the Washington Restaurant Association will be at this event to offer counseling on various aspects of the restaurant business, including how to:

look for financial help
troubleshoot an issue
plan next steps
