"Innovation, Privacy and the Public Good in the Digital Age" discussion at The Seattle Public Library Oct. 23

Join us for a conversation about innovation and privacy and the public good with Tony Ageh, chief digital officer of the New York Public Library, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:15 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 23 at the Central Library, 1000 Fourth Ave., Level 1, Microsoft Auditorium, 206-386-4636.
Library events and programs are free and everyone is welcome. Registration is not required. Parking is available in the Central Library garage for $7 after 5 p.m.
During the digital age, there has been widespread disruption of long held norms, values and institutions. In a conversation facilitated by Frank Catalano, GeekWire columnist, Ageh will discuss these issues and the role of libraries in preserving privacy and the public good.
