Want to start a small food business? Already working on it? Get start-up advice and help from the Small Food Business Entrepreneur Circle. This month's meeting is from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 13 at the Lake City Branch, 12501 28th Ave. N.E., 206-684-7518.
Library events are free and open to the public. Registration is recommended, but not required. Free parking is available in the underground garage.
As we enter the holiday season, what are you doing to promote your business? What fairs and events will you go to? At this month's meeting, we'll share information on how to drum up business during this very food-oriented holiday season. You can also bring samples of your products for group feedback.
This bimonthly discussion group is a network that meets to discuss all small food business -- home-based and cottage food businesses, food processing, catering, food trucks and more. Topics can include:
