The Seattle Public Library invites preschoolers, parents and caregivers to special story times that highlight fire safety. Firefighters from the Seattle Fire Department will conduct story times with books on fire safety and display firefighting equipment and trucks.

All story times are free and everyone is welcome. Registration is not required.

The Library supports children by giving them opportunities to excel and learn through our educational resources, story times and staff assistance. We nurture childhood development through our early learning programs, and promote literacy and a love of reading by forming a strong partnership with The Seattle Fire Department to offer these special story times.
