The Seattle Public Library invites everyone to attend a debate where citizens help set the agenda from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 18 at the Central Library, 1000 Fourth Ave., Level 1, Microsoft Auditorium, 206-386-4636. 

Library programs are free and everyone is welcome. Tickets and registration are not required. Parking is available in the Central Library garage for $6 after 5 p.m. 

The discussion will feature topics and questions shaped by citizens and leading journalists for the candidates running for the Seattle City Council at-large positions 8 and 9. The discussion will be moderated by Q13 FOX News' C.R. Douglas.

Council-At-Large Position 8 candidates are Jon Grant and Teresa Mosqueda
Council-At-Large Position 9 candidates are M. Lorena González and Pat Murakami    

Questions from voters throughout Seattle will help build an event that reflects Seattle's concerns and priorities. Questions may be submitted here before the event.
