Library Card Designs
There are six Library card designs to choose from:
Are you a current patron requesting a new Library card?
Your new card will have a new barcode number and will have some effect on your Library account. Here are some tips for an easy transition to your new card:
If you have signed up for a username, you can continue using that to log in to the Library catalog.
Otherwise, use your new barcode to log in to the catalog.
Your holds and history will be retained.
E-books and downloads
Download your digital materials before requesting a new card.
Important: Your current holds and history will be unavailable for a few days while the information is transferred to your new card.
You can use your new card immediately to check out digital materials and place new holds.
Add your new barcode to your Library Elf account.
Ask a Library staff member to transfer your computer reservations to your new card.
Library Mobile App
Enter your new barcode into the mobile app, or use your catalog username to log in.
