The "Concept Book," first presented at Seattle's Benaroya Hall on Dec. 15, 1999, reveals early ideas from the Office for Metropolitan Architecture (OMA) and LMN on the organization of different service functions in the new Central Library. The book is the result of OMA/LMN's initial work with the Library's comprehensive facilities program.
