Weinstein A|U Architects + Urban Designers is designing the new Montlake Branch, which will be built at the northwest corner of 24th Avenue East and East McGraw Street.

Revised Design Development

Weinstein A|U Architects + Urban Designers revised the design of the Montlake Branch after construction bids came in higher than expected. The design team analyzed bid prices and made design revisions after evaluating issues such as materials, finishes, program needs, durability, and aesthetics.
