• Change type of tiles in restrooms
• Change type of ceiling material in meeting room
• Change type of roof material
• Change type of boiler
• Delete brick inside building
• Delete wood paneling inside building
• Simplify security system
• Clarify specifications for mechanical system to eliminate contractor confusion
  Note: The brick exterior remains part of the project.
