BIDS RECEIVED AFTER 2 P.M. WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The Seattle Public Library is an Equal Opportunity Employer. No bid will be considered unless accompanied by a certified or bank cashier's check, or by a bid bond from a state-licensed surety company in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the Base Bid and Additives and made payable to THE SEATTLE PUBLIC LIBRARY, Seattle, Washington. Bid, Bid Bond and other enclosures shall be enclosed in an opaque, sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the Bidder and addressed to the Owner. Mark lower left corner of the envelope "Beacon Hill Branch Bid." Bid documents will be available on or about Monday, Nov. 25, 2002. Partial sets are not available. The full amount of the deposit will be refunded to the bidders on return of the bid documents in unmarked and non-mutilated condition to Reprographics Northwest within two weeks after the bids are due. Bid documents may also be examined at local plan centers.
