The first meeting of Seattle Public Library's Legislative Oversight Committee, formed to help oversee implementation of last November's successful "Libraries for All" capital bond issue, will hold its first meeting at 2:45 p.m. Tuesday, June 22, at the Central Library, 1000 4th Ave., Board Room.
The committee, composed of two City Council members, two Library Board members, the city's finance director and four citizens selected by the mayor and City Council, will review the panel's charge, establish meeting times and address other issues that relate to bond financing of the Libraries for all program.
