The Citizen Implementation Review Panel for Libraries will meet from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday, July 6, at the Central Library, 1000 4th Ave., Board Room, fifth floor. The 15-member panel was established to help oversee implementation of last November's successful "Libraries for All" bond issue, which will fund improvements to the Seattle Public Library system. At Tuesday's four-hour retreat, panel members will be briefed by Library representatives on various aspects of implementing the Libraries for All capital plan by Library representatives. The group will also continue discussion on the structure and process it will follow for completing its work.
All Citizen Implementation Review Panel meetings are open to the public and public comment is taken at the start of each meeting.
The panel meets the first Tuesday of each month at 5:15 p.m. at the Central Library, 1000 4th Ave. Its next regular meeting will be Aug. 3.
