Downloadable Audio Books and e-Books

Downloadable audio books can be listened to on MP3 players or other speech systems or read on Braille systems, Braille Palms, and other hand held devices. E-books can be read using adaptive computer speech programs.

Descriptive Video Service (DVS)

Descriptive Video Service (DVS) provides an audio track with description that enhances the film experience for blind and visually impaired people. The descriptions add information related to the setting, characters' attire, and facial expressions during breaks in the film dialogue.

Receiving Notices by Telephone or E-mail
