Library Equal Access Program (LEAP)

The Library Equal Access Program (LEAP) helps make The Seattle Public Library a great resource for people with disabilities and/or special needs.

Mobile Services

Mobile Services can bring The Seattle Public Library to you! If you are a resident of Seattle and are unable to regularly visit a branch due to age, disability or an illness that keeps you at home for at least six months, Mobile Services can arrange for the delivery of Library items. Washington Talking Book & Braille Library (WTBBL)

Effective July 1, 2008, the Washington State Library took over the administration and operation of the Washington Talking Book & Braille Library. Previously, the state library contracted with The Seattle Public Library to operate WTBBL, which offers services to people throughout the state who are blind, deaf/blind, visually impaired, physically disabled, and learning disabled.
