College Prep for Teens at the Library

Student Success at The Seattle Public Library

We offer programs and services to help students of all ages succeed in school. K-12 students can get Homework Help at many of our branches. Kids without homework can also get help from trained tutors in any subject. Teens have the opportunity to earn service learning credits through our teen job skills program.

College Prep

Prepare for college with the help of trained volunteers at your Library!

  • Get one-on-one help completing financial aid (FAFSA/WAFSA) applications
  • Take a SAT or ACT test prep class
  • Get Ready for College: Work with a UW Dream Project volunteer to complete your college applications and write winning essays
  • Earn service learning credits while you gain experience in our teen job skills program

College Prep programs are offered during the school year at select branches. Check the Student Success schedule for a complete list.
