Re-Imagined Spaces

The Library seeks to adapt, update and energize Library spaces to meet the evolving needs of our patrons. These efforts are guided by three key principles:

  • Achieve a deep understanding of the patron experience
  • Effectively use business intelligence to inform planning, operations and design
  • Adapt Library spaces in flexible ways to meet the evolving ways patrons use the Library and support innovations in service delivery
