The Seattle Public Library conducts customer satisfaction survey
The Seattle Public Library plans to conduct a survey to assess patron satisfaction with existing Library services, as well as to better understand evolving patron needs.
Information from the survey will help guide future decisions around the Library budget, operations and policies.
The "customer satisfaction survey" will be available online and at all libraries in paper form beginning Monday, April 24, through Sunday, May 14.
To encourage participation, some branches will have Library volunteers available for several days to answer questions.
Survey questions will focus on use of various Library resources and services, as well as suggested areas of improvement.
Berk & Associates, a Seattle-based public policy consulting firm, is working with the Library to conduct the survey and analyze results.
