Spencer Quinn reads from 'A Fistful of Collars' Sept. 18 at The Seattle Public Library

"A Fistful of Collars"

Spencer Quinn (pen name of crime thriller writer Peter Abrahams) will read from his new book, "A Fistful of Collars," from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 18 at the Northeast Branch, 6801 35th Ave. N.E.

 

The program is free and open to the public. Registration is not required. Limited free parking is available at the branch. Doors will open at 6 p.m.

 

"A Fistful of Collars" is the latest book in the best-selling Chet and Bernie mystery series featuring Chet, the wise and lovable canine narrator, and his partner Bernie, a down-on-his-luck private investigator.

 

Writing as Spencer Quinn, Abrahams is the author of four previous New York Times best-sellers. He lives on Cape Cod.

 

This event is supported by The Seattle Public Library Foundation, author series Gary Kunis, and media sponsor The Seattle Times, and presented in partnership with University Book Store. Books will be available for purchase and signing.
